英文読解問題
話題のChatGPTを使って英文をつくり、その文章に関する「内容一致」問題をつけてみました。
はじめに
ここにのせた英語の文章はChatGPTを使って生成したものです。問題もChatGPTにつくってもらいましたが、もう少し何とかしたかった（∵答えが本文を読まなくても明らかだったので）、私がちょっとだけ手を加えています。コピペチェックもかけてみましたが問題なかった（正確に言うと、アメリカのメジャーリーグが創設された年代が書いてある文だけがひっかかったのですが、事実を記載した文章なのでやむを得ないですよね。。。）ので、完全オリジナルで作成しているようです。どうやら、出力した情報は「人間がつくったものではない」ことを示せば著作権等はデータを入力した側にあるらしい（要確認）。少なくとも、個人のサイトで公開することは問題ないようです。実際に、多くのブログでChatGPTの出力を出していますしね。
ところで、「〜についての英文を◯◯語程度で書いて。」とリクエストすると、ChatGPTは数秒でこのくらいの文章を出力してくれます。ここまでくると、AIに仕事を奪われないようにするにはどうすればよいかではなくて、AIの活用法についての知恵を早急に絞らなければなりませんね。

ここでは中学卒業レベルの英語力で読めるような文章になっています。また、本文は英語ですが、問題文はすべて日本語になっています。内容的には平易だと思います（とはいえ、英語が苦手な人にはつらいかもしれませんが）。参考として、答えの後にGoogle翻訳で作成した本文の日本語訳を最後に添付しています。
